Recommended Session Lengths

70 MIN SESSION

Recommended for one area of focus on the body, such as neck pain or lower back pain. Preferred starter session for new clients.

Full body massage is not available for 70 minutes.

90 MIN SESSION

Recommended for one or two areas of focus and can allow for a full body relaxation massage with no focus to any area.

Most clients schedule 90 minute sessions.

120 MIN SESSION

Recommended for deep tissue work or full body maintenance massage with one or two areas of focus. 

Most effective for clients who have several areas of complaint.
